Agency United calls for unity

The organizers claim that such a campaign was launched because there was a conspiracy to divide the Genjis after the Bhadra 23 movement and the 24th demonstration, and there was a need to unite rather than divide them in the name of parties and groups.

A large rally, public meeting, and drama performance have been held in Phidim, Panchthar, calling on Generation Z (GenZ) and youth affiliated with various parties and groups to unite.

The rally organized by Genji United on Saturday was attended by young men and women from all eight local levels of the district. Carrying placards with the slogan ‘Let Genjis from all over the country unite, fulfill the dream of martyrs and change is possible’ and the national flag of Nepal, the participants held a rally and performed a play at the playground of Phidim Secondary School after touring the Phidim Bazaar.

The rally, which started from the Shivalaya Temple located at the head of the district headquarters Phidim, toured various squares in the bazaar. After that, a play titled ‘Change’ was performed in the organized program depicting the movements for change, state oppression and corruption from 2036 BS to 2082 BS.

More than a thousand Genjis and some parents participated in the rally, said Rakesh Rai, coordinator of the organizer Genji United. According to him, Genji United will now run this campaign in all 77 districts of the country and urge all Nepalese citizens to change the country.

Manjana Thulung of the organizing organization said that such a campaign was launched because there was a conspiracy to divide the Genjis after the Bhadra 23 movement and the 24th demonstration, and there was a need to unite rather than divide them in the name of parties and groups.
