Incessant rains have led to school closures and transportation being suspended in Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality.

Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality has closed schools on Friday due to incessant rain. The municipality issued a notice to the concerned schools on Friday morning directing them to close the schools.

The municipality's education department employee Naniram Acharya said that the schools concerned have been instructed to close their schools for one day, which will be deducted from the winter vacation, as the rain poses a risk to students and teachers.
