Lokendra Rai, the chairman of Diprung Chuichumma Rural Municipality in Khotang, has filed a complaint with Triyuga Municipality and Udayapur District Administration Office, alleging that a teacher from Udayapur threatened him by saying, "I am a Gen-Ji."

Chairman Rai has filed a complaint with the municipality and district administration offices demanding action against Karki, alleging that Yubaraj Karki, a teacher working at Siddhawati Secondary School in Triyuga Municipality-15, threatened him by saying he was a 'Jen-G'.

Municipal chairman Rai said that teacher Karki, who calls himself a 'Jen-G', threatened to beat him, beat him and kill him over the phone. 'Karki called at night and used abusive and abusive language, saying that he would beat him wherever he met him,' said Chairman Rai. 'I filed a complaint with the administration after he threatened to beat him and kill him.'

He has requested the administration to take action against teacher Karki using the municipality's letterhead. Meanwhile, Karki said that after learning that an employee working as an Ayurveda doctor at the Citizen Health Service Center in Panchami Bazaar, Diprung Chuichumma Rural Municipality-5 was going to be replaced and his own person appointed, he advised the municipal chairman not to do so, but the municipal chairman changed the subject and threatened to take action by misusing the municipal letterhead.
