Diktel Roopakot Mazhuwagadhi municipality-11 Kharmi has been released by order of Shreshdaar Baburam Basnet on behalf of Rai who has a permanent home. After the incident, absconding Rai appeared before the police on August 20.
Police Inspector Raju Bista, Information Officer of District Police Office Khotang, said that a case was registered against Rai on August 18th, after investigation and submitted to the court through the public prosecutor.
