According to Pradhan, the operation of traffic can be carried out till the evening as the work of removing the landslide is going on. Dozens of vehicles and passengers are stranded on the road.

Under the Tamor Corridor, traffic has come to a standstill after the construction of the under-construction concrete bridge over Chharuwa Khola in Falametar, Choubise Rural Municipality-4, was swept away by the flood. After all the structures except for the pillars were washed away, the vehicular movement in the Tamor Corridor has come to a standstill. A crusher with machinery was swept away by the flood which came in Chharuwa river near Chaubise-4 Falametar. Rauta Construction operated a crusher to produce gravel and sand for the Tamor Corridor road and concrete bridge under construction. According to the project source, it will take a few days for the traffic operation.
Dharan-Dhankuta road and Madhyapahari road of Koshi highway which was blocked due to flood and landslides have been operational since two days ago.
