According to him, Chandra Bahadur Tamang, 45, of Panchthar Kummayak-1, who escaped from Jhumka prison along with 36-year-old Binay Nembang, accused in the murder case, Chandra Bahadur Tamang, 45, of Panchthar Kummayak-1, Gopal Bohra, 40, of Panchthar Tumwewa, and Mangalsingh Tumwapo, 30, of Panchthar Fidim Municipality-5, accused in the drug case, were arrested at Mangalbar house. .
All four have been kept in Panchthar jail.
