The legal process will be extended if the contractor who is building the district hospital building does not work

The company involved in the construction of the building of the district hospital has been requested to submit the work schedule within seven days. It was also informed that legal action will be taken if the related construction company does not submit the work schedule within seven days by holding a press conference at the construction site saying that there is a problem in the treatment of the building.

Head of Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality Tirtharaj Bhattarai held a press conference at the construction site and announced the names of Shyamsunder-Ramsagar-Nepal Phulbari JV and the contractors associated with the construction company. Bhattarai said that if the construction schedule is not provided within 7 days and if the work is not done according to it, the photos of the contractors affiliated with the construction company will be made public. "There has been a problem with the treatment because the hospital building is not completed on time," said Bhattarai, "if the schedule is not given within seven days and if the work is not done accordingly, the process for legal action will be increased."

Shyamsunder-Ramsagar-Nepal Phulbari JV signed an agreement on 24 June 2078 to be completed within 30 months at a cost of 229 million 47 thousand 92 rupees. But Bhattarai says that he had to come to the construction site and hold a press conference due to delay in the work by extending the deadline time and again.
