Koshraj Regmi Memorial National Journalism Award, 2082 has been awarded to Tirtha Koirala, President of Nepal Press Institute.

In a program organized by Pitamwar-Khileshwari Memorial Foundation and Nepal Journalist Association Morang here today, Koshi Pradesh Assembly Speaker Amber Bahadur Bista honored Koirala with 25,000. On that occasion, Speaker Bista said that the Provincial Communication Institute Bill, which is being brought by the Koshi State Government, is for the benefit of journalists.

Earlier, the award was received by the former presidents of the Mahasangh, Harihar Virhi, Vishnu Nishthuri and Dharmendra Jha.
