The secretaries of all four ministries that are part of the Nepali Congress in the Koshi state government have been transferred at once. Vishal Ghimire, secretary of the Ministry of Tourism, Forestry and Environment, who is involved in the controversy over the tourism year program of the province, has also been transferred to the federal government.

It is said that a complaint has also been lodged with the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission against Ghimire, who has been living in the same state for more than two and a half years, and the matter is being investigated. Ghimire has been transferred to the Federal Ministry of Forests and Environment.
