The High Court of Biratnagar has issued an eviction order in the name of Dharan-based Mahendra Multipurpose Campus.

LL.B in Mahendra Multipurpose Campus Dharan. In the case filed by Ishwar Kattel, who is studying in the University, the bench of Justices Sridhara Kumari Pudasaini and Kripasur Karki has issued an expulsion order in the name of the campus on Wednesday.

When the writ petitioner Kattel completed the process according to the law and is studying in the first year of LLB, the court issued an interim order in the name of the opponents saying that the form filled by Kattel to participate in the first year examination was not understood by the opposing campus.

Petitioner Kattel obtained LL.B. The campus deprived the petitioner Kattel from filling the first year examination form on the grounds that he had brought the migration certificate from Purvanchal University after his admission.

When the campus did not understand the exam form for the purpose of depriving him of the exam, Kattel filed a writ in the Biratnagar High Court against Mahendra Multiversy Campus Dharan, Campus Head Chandra Kumar Rai, Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office Balkhu, Tribhuvan University Faculty of Law Dean's Office Kathmandu and Dean Krishna Prasad Basyal on Wednesday, July 21.  While hearing the

writ petition, the court has issued an injunction in the name of the opponents. Advocate Muktinath Subedi argued on behalf of the petitioner and advocate Dr. Newal Chaudhary and senior advocate Govindamani Dahal argued.
