A person has been arrested in Udaipur on the charge of raping a girl.

Triyuga Municipality Ward-11  45-year-old Shubraj Rai of Baruwatar was arrested from his house on Sunday on the charge of raping a 7-year-old girl who was renting a room in Baruwatar. Hariharnath Yogi, Chief SP of Udaipur District Police Office, said that Rai, who was arrested, is being investigated by the district court with an extension of time.

Similarly, 22-year-old Sagar Periyar of Triyuga Municipality-11 Sakelatol has been arrested by the police for sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl. The police said that he was arrested on Sunday and the district court extended the deadline and started the investigation.
