More than 1100 people have taken services from the integrated service delivery camp organized by Nechasalyan Rural Municipality of the district in Kathmandu. This number of citizens took service from the integrated service camp conducted by the rural municipality for 4 days from July 19 to 22 at Sukedhara in Kathmandu.
Dhanjan Rai, Chairman of the Rural Municipality, said that the rural municipality has organized a camp for the convenience of the residents of the municipality who have settled temporarily in Kathmandu. 193 people from Ward No. 1 have taken service through the camp. Similarly, 128 people from Ward No. 2, 130 from Ward No. 3, 91 people from Ward No. 4 and 98 people from Ward No. 5 have taken the service, while the rural municipality has registered ID cards for 12 people from Kathmandu, National ID cards for 313 people and National ID cards for 204 people. It is reported that the rural municipality collected 38 thousand 690 rupees from ward number 1, 20 thousand 485 rupees from ward number 2, 17 thousand 996 rupees from ward number 3, 19 thousand 863 rupees from ward number 4 and 125 thousand 342 rupees from ward number 5.
By saying that the rural municipality has provided services in Kathmandu so that the citizens feel that there is a government in their backyard, Bina Rai, the vice president of the rural municipality, said that this camp was organized in view of the compulsion of the citizens who have to spend thousands to reach the municipality to get services.
