Ramchandra Basnet, president of Raswapa municipality of Likhupike Rural Municipality of the district, was arrested from Kathmandu. District Police Office Solukhumbu has informed that the accused Basnet, who was absconding after forcing a local woman with different abilities on July 6 last year, was arrested from Kathmandu.
