Solukhumbu's Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality- 2 Kangel and Ward No. 4 Juvu's border has been washed away by the under-construction Motorrewal Bridge on the Dudhkoshi River.
Motor Rewal Bridge, which is under construction, was completely damaged by the floods that occurred on June 25th and July 3rd. About 70 percent of the construction of the bridge collapsed before the construction was completed.
Due to the flood, the Shikhu river flowing through Nele and Kangel of the same village was flooded with heavy Geiger (stones) and the dairy was closed for about 10 minutes due to the flood. A completely closed mammary gland ruptures When the Geiger went to the under-construction bridge area and piled up, the bridge became completely non-functional.
Khampache Construction Company, which signed the contract in 2076 at a cost of 175 million, took 7 years to complete almost 70 percent of the work. The flood that occurred on July 32 washed away the pillars of the bridge under construction at the same place. After that, the local Tek Bahadur Basnet said that this situation happened when the construction company worked without the proper location and correct design in a bid to be able to work quickly.
After the bridge was swept away by the flood, the citizens of Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality-4, 5 and 9 have felt that the light of hope has been extinguished. As the motorable bridge is uncertain, the citizens of that ward have to once again use the suspension bridge to run to the district headquarters along with the village center. Due to this, during the rainy season, citizens are deprived of direct vehicular traffic, according to Yujan Basnet, Ward President of Thulung Dudhkoshi-2.
