A child without parents and guardians has been sent to Matruvatsalya in Lalitpur. 11-year-old Vishal Periyar was sent to Lalitpur on Sunday, who was living in the house of Prabhuraj Rai at Majhuwagadhi Municipality-3 Bamrang, Diktel Rupakot.

Ward President Mugadhan Rai brought him from Diktel Roopakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-10 Patheka to Diktel as he was left in a state of neglect due to the absence of parents and guardians. After that, Matruvatsalya from Lalitpur was sent to the deputy head of the city Wisan Rai said.
