The concrete bridge connecting Dharmadevi-4 and Madi municipality-6 of Sankhuwasabha and the bridge connecting Chainpur-1 and Madi-9 have come into operation from Saturday.

The construction of the bridge, which started on August 24, 2074, was supposed to be completed on February 2, 2076. Due to the contractor, the construction of this bridge was also completed after almost 3 and a half years. 6 crore 25 lakh 39 thousand has been costed for the construction of the bridge. The construction of the bridge was undertaken by BT Construction Services.
