According to Bhattarai, there is a demand that the government should make concrete laws to protect the effects of climate change and take compensation from countries that pollute a lot. Similarly, Bhattarai said that a law should be made to allow the local level to collect an additional ten percent tax from the industrialists who pollute by producing plastic waste, and the crusher industry, which exploits nature indiscriminately, should be strictly stopped and strict laws should be enacted.

Likewise, the Ministry of Forestry and Industry and all subordinate agencies should make policy decisions to make bamboo, wood, radii, environment and environment-friendly furniture and building structures when buying furniture, besides declaring Khotang as the capital of bamboo, blocking bridges and roads on the Kathmandu-Khotang road section  He said that the businessmen should be taken legal action and the construction work should be completed, and due to the increased rate of migration due to the terror of monkeys and wild animals in the hilly areas, there should be a policy decision and compensation and management of monkeys. "Since the current government seems indifferent to meet these demands, the situation has come to a satyagraha," Bhattarai said, "I am reaching Kathmandu on July 4th carrying bamboo, bamboo pictures, radi and other goods from Khotang for satyagraha."  In a
