Three people were injured in a pickup accident in Fidim Municipality-13 Timmure. One of the injured is in critical condition.

The pickup number 1 Ch 4214, which was coming from Virtamod in Jhapa to Lungrupa with fuel (diesel) for chickens and feed for chickens, had an accident at around 9 o'clock on Thursday morning. 

The driver Bhawani Khatiwada and co-driver Ayush Rai along with Ram Subedi of FIDIM-13 were injured when the pickup fell 50 meters from the road.

As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police stationed from the police station Lungrupa and the locals rescued and sent the injured to Panchthar Hospital. District Police Office Panchthar informed that the condition of Ram Subedi, the owner of the vehicle involved in the accident, is critical.

Subedi and driver Bhawani Khatiwada have been sent to Jhapa for further treatment, while co-driver Rai is undergoing treatment at Panchthar Hospital.
