A 112-meter long suspension bridge has been constructed on the Muwa River, which separates the borders of Phalelung Rural Municipality Ward No. 5 and 7 of Panchthar, in Bijayatar Aku Dobhan.
Infrastructure Development Office Panchthar and local consumers cost sharing the bridge was built.
Infrastructure Development Office Panchthar 40 lakh 60 thousand 67, local consumer 1 lakh 45 thousand 857 rupees, 25 lakh 44 thousand 800 rupees and materials including sticks worth 5 lakh 47 thousand 149 rupees, the suspension bridge was built at a total cost of 72 lakh 92 thousand 876 rupees.
Phalelung rural municipality spokesman and chairman of ward number 5, Bharat Kumar Khapangi informed that citizens of ward number 7 including Lumangdin, Tenggabung, Bansbote, and Bansbote area will be able to travel from Jholunge bridge.
