25-year-old Lakpa Sherpa, a resident of Mikwakhola rural municipality-3 Libang, has gone missing while bathing in Fungling municipality-1 Tamor river.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Ved Prasad Gautam informed that he was working as a tractor driver at Sewalung Crusher since Sunday and was swept away by the river on Monday afternoon.

The police said that five policemen were deployed in the local search under the leadership of Inspector Omnarayan Shrestha of Dobhan area police office.
