3 persons, including a father and son, died in a motorcycle accident on the Chatra-Kanchi Chowk road section in Ramdhuni Municipality-7 of Sunsari. Two others were seriously injured.

34-year-old Inarchan Chowdhury of Ramdhuni municipality-6, his son Pranish Chaudhary, 9-year-old, and 51-year-old Bindu Yadav of Inruwa 6, a motorcyclist of Ko 33 P 9605 died in the accident.

Last night in Chatra Kanchi Chowk road section of Ramdhuni Municipality-7 Basbiti, motorcycle No. 33 P 9605 going from Kanchi Chowk towards Kalabanjar and another motorcycle No. 1-02-056 P 5864 coming from the opposite direction collided with each other and had an accident. After the accident, the injured were taken to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan. He died during treatment.

According to the district police office, 32-year-old Pratishka Chaudhary, the wife of the deceased 34-year-old Chaudhary, and 36-year-old Ramesh Chaudhary of Ithari-7, who was riding behind the other motorcycle, were injured in the accident. They are being treated at the same hospital.
