A woman's body has been found in an unidentified condition in Katari Municipality-11 Thanti of Udaipur. Siddicharan's body was found decomposed in the forest 50 meters below the highway on Wednesday afternoon. Katari Municipality-11 Ward President Anant Hayu said that the locals informed the police after seeing the body in Salleri forest.
After being informed by the locals, the police team deployed from the area police office Katari, the ward president of ward number 11, the ward president of ward number 14 Amber Bahadur Magar and others brought the body to Katari hospital for post-mortem.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Kamal Bajgain, the body of a 35-year-old woman from Terai Mool was found. "We are bringing the dead body from Bhir, it is not possible to recognize it because the face has rotted, it is confirmed that it is a woman from the polish of the foot and nails," he said. DSP Bajgai said that the incident is being investigated.
