The flood has washed away the dam of Bhotkhola rural municipality-4 Wangkhola small hydropower in Sankhuwasabha. On Wednesday, the 8 KW capacity small hydropower dam in Gola of Bhotkhola was washed away.
According to the police, it is estimated that the damage caused by the dam is about 33 lakhs. DSP Daksh Kumar Basnet said that due to the difficult and geographical situation, the police reached the spot on foot.
The police said that more details of the damage are being collected. It takes 2 days to reach the place from Khandwari, the headquarters.
