Diktel Rupakot Mazhuwagadhi Municipality-14 Buipa has completed the annual construction of Yalambar. The 110-feet-tall Salik was built with a budget of more than 115.8 million rupees of Koshi province and local level.

Koshi Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki said to inaugurate the year on 18th June, but Bhattarai has said that it has been postponed. "It has been postponed due to the Chief Minister's busy schedule," he said.
