Due to the heavy rain on Saturday, landslides occurred in Sangurigarhi rural municipality-5 Dandabazar, Lumfajung, Kuhibhir and Dhade hills under Bhedetar Ravi Ranke road . Because of this, the road has been blocked for twenty-four hours.
Chief District Officer Tubraj Pokharel informed that efforts are being made to clear the obstruction on the road section. Landslide operations were stopped due to landslides in Lumphajung and Kuhibhir throughout the day on Saturday.
When the road section is blocked, the vehicles and transport vehicles running there are stopped . Hundreds of vehicles coming and going from Bhedetar to Rajarani-6 No. Khabarbe and Panchthar have been stopped.
