Thermal plastering has been done in Udaipurgarhi Rural Municipality-7 Andheri of Udaipur located on Madan Bhandari Lokmarg. District Traffic Police Office, Udaipur has installed thermal plaster on the road to reduce the number of accidents at that place, which is known as a place where there are a lot of traffic accidents.

Chief Police Inspector Chandra Bahadur Thapa of the District Traffic Police Office, Udaipur, said that due to the increase in traffic accidents on the Arolo road, thermoplasters were installed to reduce the speed of vehicles. "The thermoplastic line indicates to reduce the speed of the vehicle, because it is visible even at night, it helps the drivers to control the speed from a distance," he said.

Lately, the rate of road accidents has been increasing on the Rampur-Gaighat-Katari road section under the Madan Bhandari Lok Marg. According to the District Traffic Office, 57 people have lost their lives since July 2081. According to the Traffic Office, 434 people were injured in 250 accidents in a period of 10 months.

Accidents that happen every day include motorcycles, auto rickshaws, city cars, jeeps, vans, big vehicles, trucks, buses and tippers. It is mentioned in the statistics of traffic office that accidents happen due to high speed and turns. Among the accidents, 103 were due to speeding, 21 were drunk and 9 were due to brake failure, said Thapa, head of the traffic office. Police inspector Thapa said that the rest of the accidents were caused by driver negligence, slippery roads, pedestrians suddenly crossing the road, and overtaking on the road.

He says that accidents have increased due to the lack of traffic awareness among drivers and pedestrians. With the help of traffic police and locals, hoarding boards, drums, information boards and danger signs have been placed on the side of the road to reduce accidents on the Rampur-Katari road section under Madan Bhandari Lokmarg.
