Police have detained 1 person with the drug Tramadol from Chhanambara, located in Chaubise rural municipality-1 of Dhankuta.

According to the police, the checking team assigned to the mound at 6 pm on Friday, while investigating 28-year-old Mausam Limbu of Panchthar, Miklajung Rural Municipality-8, Wednesday for suspicion, 900 tablets of the drug Tramadol with Tacdol written on it were recovered from the bag he was carrying.

Limbu PR 1-01-015 P 3146 was coming from Letang in Morang to Dhankuta on Wednesday. District Police Spokesperson DSP Omprakash Khanal said that 900 tablets including Dice 20 demeclocillin were found in the same bag. Khanal said that the mentioned motorcycle and the drug were seized and brought to the area police office Rajarani for investigation.
