A child who was going for Pathibhara darshan lost his life in 2076. After that incident, with the initiative of Sharad Joshi of Jhapa Birtamod, oxygen cylinders and medicines are being provided to the pilgrims for free.
The Rotary Club of Birtamode Midtown and the Rotaract Club of Birtamode Midtown have been providing such support here for eight years. After the death of that child due to lack of oxygen, these organizations have been helping to prevent the same damage from happening again.
