Service users of Khotehang, Jantedhunga and Barahapokhari Rural Municipality were affected when the service was stopped. Acting Chief District Officer Sagar Shah said that a letter has been sent to Nayiv Subba Rai to assign permanent responsibility and the service delivery will start as soon as the decision is made. "Correspondence has been sent to the relevant authorities about the expiration of the permanent contract," he said, "the work will start as soon as the decision is made."
