According to the police, the state 1-05-001-J 0058 bus coming from Kathmandu to Gaighat had an accident on Sunday afternoon due to brake failure on the downhill road. 45-year-old Pushpa Khadka of Rautamai rural municipality-7 was seriously injured in the accident.
