After the orders given by two judges of Biratnagar High Court Sridharakumari Pudasaini and Keshav Prasad Bastola conflicted with each other, now this case is going to reach the bench of the third judge.
Judge Pudasaini has given an opinion to uphold the order of the District Court, while Judge Bastola has given an opinion that a bond of Rs 1 crore should be set for four people including Anjala Koirala. In Bastola's view, it is necessary to increase the bail of Anjala along with Roshan Rajvanshi, Jyoti Baskota and Santalal Khawas.
Public Prosecutor's Office Morang submitted petition No. 72 to overturn the order of Morang District Court in which 6 people, including Anjala Koirala, were released on bail and demanded that they be detained and investigated.

Some other defendants were also ordered to be released on various bonds- according to which Jyoti Baskota was released on 5 lakh, Lakshmidevi Rajwanshi 50 thousand, Suman Lohani 2 lakh and Manoj Kumar Soni 1 lakh.
In Umagouri Cooperative which has 8 thousand 842 share members, more than 30 million share capital was collected and more than 24 million rupees loans were circulated. But now the cooperative is closed and most of the loans have not been recovered.
Chairman of the cooperative, Shambhu Prasad Rauniar and Roshan Rajvanshi, are in pre-trial detention, while some have been released on bail. More than a dozen defendants are still absconding.
