People with disabilities and senior citizens of Kepilasgarhi rural municipality have received national identity cards in the village.

One hundred and 24 people, including disabled persons and senior citizens, attended the three-day camp organized by the rural municipality to target the beneficiaries who are having trouble getting social security allowance due to the lack of national identity card. 

According to Samir Rai, president of the rural municipality, a national identity card making camp was conducted one day in three different centers determined by the rural municipality to cover all the beneficiaries of the disabled state. 

Rai said that for the first time at the initiative of the rural municipality, a national identity card was created through a camp organized in his own village. Rai said that the camp was conducted in collaboration with the district administration office Khotang, as the national identity card is mandatory to open a bank account for the beneficiaries who are receiving social security allowance. 

On Thursday, 48 people took service in the camp organized at Baxila ward office targeting the beneficiaries of Baxila, Sapteshwar and Baspani. On that day Ward no. 3 Baspanika 14, ward no. 20 of 4 Baksila and ward no. 14 people from 5 Sapteshwar took service.

On Friday, 21 people took service in the camp organized for the beneficiaries of Fedi and Khartamchha at Ward Office Khartamchha. Ward no. 1 Fedika 9 and ward no. 11 people from 2 Khartamcha took service. On the third day on Saturday, the camp organized for the beneficiaries of Dipsung and Sungdel at Ward Office Sungdel had the highest number of 56  And ward no. 6 Dipsungka 12 and ward no. 7 Sungdel took 44 services.
