The police have seized 946 kilograms of marijuana being loaded in a truck from Bodhe of Chaubise Rural Municipality-5.
The police said that they found this amount of marijuana in the truck on Monday morning.
38 bags of ganja (946 kg) were found in a plastic bag loaded in a truck numbered 5 B 6157, said District Police Spokesperson DSP Omprakash Khanal.
The police have detained 43-year-old local Manoj Limbu along with marijuana for investigation. It is said that the search is on for the absconding truck driver.
