56-year-old Jit Bahadur Bal Tamang Tamor of Atharai Triveni Rural Municipality-2 Phulbari has gone missing after being swept away by the river.

Local and police teams were deployed till late night to search for him who went missing on Saturday evening.

According to Tikendra Sendang, Ward President of Atharai Triveni Rural Municipality-2, uncle and nephew went to see the excavator working by the river. Sendang said that the news of his disappearance was reported by his nephew who went with him to the village. The police said that he went missing while entering the river to swim. 

Deputy Superintendent of Police Ravi Rawal informed that a team has been mobilized by the ward president and police from the area police office Dobhan under the leadership of Deputy Inspector Dawa Thing to search for him.
