Dinesh Ghimire, spokesperson of Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality, said that the intensive urban and building construction project in the budget of one crore rupees of the federal government was to be built through Okhaldhunga through contract. He said that Devisthan Community Forest passed the sub-plan and decided to construct the structure.

"According to the Kalika Bhagwati Majhuwagadhi beautification master plan prepared by the municipality last financial year, the Kirat cultural museum was going to be built," said Ghimire, "after the division forest office sent a letter saying that the structure cannot be built in the community forest area, the museum will not be built in Majhuwagadhi." was Udim Rai, Head of Division Forest Office, Khotang, said that the Division Forest Office has given an opinion that after meeting the standards of tourism in the community forest area, other structures can be built except for large, concrete, large plan structures.
