According to District Police Inspector Ram Kumar Lamichhane, the Area Police Office Chainpur arrested them on Sunday based on a special information that Ram Bahadur was dealing in drugs at his house.
The police team said that Keshav Ghimire of Dharmadevi-4 and Debendra Thapa of Madi Municipality-6 were also arrested with opium during the investigation.
