Ved Bahadur Khadka, who migrated from Balardah in Saptakosi Municipality of Saptari to Barahapokhari-6 Mouwabote, was given a check of one lakh on Thursday. According to village head Salikram Banjara, he was welcomed with a check of one lakh.
