On the occasion of Ramnavami, the world-famous Halesi is crowded with pilgrims. More than five thousand pilgrims came to Halesi on Saturday alone.

According to Halesi Tuwatchung Municipality spokesperson Kamal Giri, pilgrims from America, China, India, Bhutan, Malaysia and others have come to Halesi apart from Nepal. Giri said that about five thousand pilgrims who came to Halesi stayed awake on Saturday. Giri says that they stay awake all night and worship in the morning and return.

'According to our information, around five thousand pilgrims from different countries are staying awake, they stay awake all night and return in the morning after worshiping,' Giri said, 'The time to wear the Shivling has been fixed at 7 am.'

According to Giri, there has been a crowd in Hallesi for three days on the occasion of Ram Navami. Due to the convenience of transportation, the number of pilgrims is increasing. "The number of pilgrims has started to increase recently due to the convenience of transportation," Giri said, "The number has also increased after the facility for pilgrims in Halesi."
