Dhankuta's Chaubise Rural Municipality-4 has destroyed houses and sheds due to fire in the tunnel. According to the police, a two-storied house made of stone and clay belonging to the local Phulmaya Fago and a nearby shed were also burnt down.

District Police Spokesperson DSP Omprakash Khanal informed that while Phoolmaya was burning leaves at two o'clock in the afternoon, a nearby house caught fire. He said that due to the fire, all the things inside the house including clothes and utensils were burnt.  In the

incident, it is said that the damage was more than four lakhs. According to the police, the fire was extinguished in the evening on the initiative of the police team deployed from Falametar Temporary Police Station and the locals.
