Relief to the locals after the bridge was built on the Ekhuwa river

The construction of Ekhuwa river concrete bridge has been completed within the contract period. This bridge connecting Hatuwagadhi Hasanpur-9 and Amchok Rural Municipality-8 of Bhojpur was built at a cost of seven crore 37 lakhs under the infrastructure development office of Koshi state government. The length of the bridge built on one span is 37 meters.

The construction period of this bridge was two years. Rajanraj Reddy, Head of Infrastructure Development Office, Bhojpur, said that the construction of the Ekhuwa river concrete bridge was completed within the time frame. After the completion of the construction of the bridge, traffic has been started. 

'The Ekhuwa Khola concrete bridge has been completed and is operational,' Chief Reddy said, 'The construction of the bridge has been completed within the contract period. Considering the problems faced by the locals, the construction work has been accelerated. With the construction of the bridge, there is an increased ease for the locals. Vehicular movement has started from the bridge.'

This bridge was built on a span of open foundation provincial road, bridge project Koshi province coordinator Suryanarayan Chaudhary said. He said that the bridge was built according to the quality standards. It is said that the bridge was constructed by taking into account the flow of water in the river. 

After the construction of the bridge, the movement of the citizens of the southern region has become easier. He said that after the construction of the bridge and its operation, the problems of the local residents for years have ended. "After the construction of the bridge over this river, the problems of the local people for years have ended," Ward President Rai said, "There was a lot of risk without the bridge. There was no way to cross the river when there was a flood. The construction of the bridge will help the citizens of Hatuwagadhi and Amchok Rural Municipality  It has become easier.'

Local residents are happy after the construction of a bridge over the river which has been suffering for years. Santoshjang Rai, a local resident, said that after the construction of the concrete bridge, they were forced to live in the river during floods. 'I did not think that a bridge would be built on this river in our time,' he said, 'There were many problems because there was no bridge on this river. I am happy that the bridge is now operational.'
