The Pathibhara Area Development Committee has instructed those who will bury Makumlung (stone) and Yagrangsin (nine-story iron ladder) in the temple area to contact the office within three days.

Executive Director Prajin Hangbang has warned through a statement on Friday that the structure will be removed by the Area Development Committee if it is not contacted within three days. Reminding that the government has formed a committee to protect, enhance and promote the Pathibhara area in accordance with the Development Committee Act 13, he expressed displeasure that such actions were taken without the approval of the committee.  According to the decision of the

committee, it has been decided not to build man-made structures in the area inside the main entrance, to remove the existing ones and to remove them by planting trees and it is claimed that the work is being done accordingly. There is also a shrine of Kirat Dharmaguru and National Vibhuti Falgunanda within the premises. The committee has also requested associations, organizations and individuals to contact the office to remove or manage the structures built within 15 days.

According to the employees of the Region Development Committee, it is not revealed who kept Makumlung and Yagrangsin recently. "It was not when I slept in the evening, it was buried when I woke up in the morning," said an employee of the Pathibhara Area Development Committee, "we have issued a notice for the purpose of finding and removing the person who kept it like this."

The committee has not been able to implement the master plan of Pathibhara with the participation of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure. The Area Development Committee issued a statement on the 8th to remove the buried structure on the night of 6th March.
