Tamang killed 36-year-old Parshuram Vishwakarma of Arun Rural Municipality-4 Zarayotar of Bhojpur on 22 Chait 2061.
Tamang, accused of murder, was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment by District Court Sankhuwasabha on October 17, 2067. He absconded after killing Vishwakarma.
Tamang, who was arrested, has been sent to prison through the court to execute the verdict, the police said. He was arrested while hiding in the village.
