The talks in Kathmandu ended today with an agreement to take the initiative for high-level discussions between the 'No Cable Car' group and the government negotiation team.
Co-Secretary Prem Prasad Bhattarai, the coordinator of the government negotiation team, said that they would also take initiatives for a higher level and the agitating groups also agreed to form a higher level committee.
