A tiger found on the postal line of the headquarters of Fungling has died. A tiger chased by a dog entered the house of local Thakursingh Kalikote on Sunday evening.

Thakursingh, who rescued the tiger from the dog, informed the district police office. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Ravi Rawal, Division Forest Office and Animal Services Office were informed for treatment and rescue.

According to Parameshwar Paswan, officer of Division Forest Office, the tiger died without access to treatment. Paswan said that the locals and media persons were buried in Rohwar after completing the necessary legal procedures.

The estimated three/four-year-old female tiger weighing about three kilos had many injuries on its body .
