Schools in the Himalayan region, which were closed after the cold weather, have opened. Kanchanjunga of Phattanglung rural municipality 6 Lelep Ghunsa and Mahendra basic school of Olangchungola have been opened. Locals have said that studies have also started at the Child Development Center in Yangma.
