Khotang-Ahale-Regmitar road construction work is nearing completion. The construction of the shortest road connecting the headquarters Diktel and Terai is nearing completion.

Tirtharaj Bhattarai, head of Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality, said that work is being done in full swing to finish this financial year. According to him, the municipality has started road construction from the fiscal year 2079/80 under the project of Gaurav. Chief engineer of the municipality, Ram Hruday Patel, said that only about 500 meters of the 14.5 km road from Ahale to Regmitar has yet to be dug. "The road has been opened up to Gharti Bhir by cutting slowly," said Patel, "Now only 700 meters are left, it will be completed in the financial year." According to him, 3.968 thousand 400 rupees have been spent out of 40 lakhs allocated in the financial year 2079/80. Fiscal Year  He said that out of the 2 million allocated in 080/81, 19 lakh 46 thousand was spent. Similarly, out of 2.5 million allocated for the current financial year, 1.6 million 78 thousand rupees have already been spent. "Budget has been allocated year after year for the organization of Gaurav, this year also 2.5 million was allocated," Rai said, "Now the work is being done to make it possible this year." Bhattarai also said that the remaining budget will be spent this year. "Last year, a budget of 4 million was received through the infrastructure development office of the state government, Udaipur, of which 1.5 million has been spent, and we can spend the rest of the budget this year," Bhattarai said.
