A fire broke out in the house of Yuvraj Tamang of Thechambu, Pathibhara Yangvarak rural municipality-2. Tamang said that all the belongings, food and clothes in the three-storey house were burnt due to the fire.

A fire broke out in the house on Saturday afternoon when the people of the house were working in the garden. According to Tamang, the fire may have been caused by an electrical short.

The rural municipality is going to give 60,000 cash for house reconstruction. While providing initial relief materials including tents and sleeping mats, Keshar Menyangbo, chairman of the rural municipality, has said that the municipality will immediately build a house and provide funds until it reaches the zinc leaf.
