As the controversy regarding the cable car is increasing, the Taplejung administration has imposed a prohibitory order in the headquarter Fungling and Kaflepati areas.

The group protesting the cable car under construction in Pathibhara was marching from Kafleparty area yesterday afternoon and came to the headquarters in a vehicle. 

After coming to the headquarters, they chanted slogans as well as staged a rally. During the demonstration, the protestors chased the police and threw flames at the house. 9 policemen were injured in this clash. 

After this, it is mentioned that a large number of protesters were injured during the arrest by the police . The police have arrested more than a dozen people. But the administration has not disclosed the number.
