Ramraj Angdembe, the head of district coordination committee Panchthar, who is also the coordinator of the district vaccination coordination committee, announced Hilihang as a fully vaccination assured village by giving the certificate of full vaccination assurance to village head Samar Bahadur Adhikari, vice president Sumitra Upreti Sedhain, chief administrative officer Topendra Sanwa and the head of health branch of the village, Chandra Ghimire. Speaking at the
announcement program, the village president thanked the staff and women's health volunteers working in the vaccination campaign. There are 137 local levels in Koshi province.
