Boyhora's death was caused by a tipper collision in Ilam. 70-year-old Pawan Kumar Rai and his son Dirgharaj Rai, 40, of Suryodaya Municipality-6, Fajigau, who were seriously injured when they were hit by a tipper in Rong rural municipality-3 Haspokhari on Friday evening, died on Saturday at the B&C Hospital in Birtamod.
On Friday evening at 7:50 p.m., they were coming from Jhapa to Ilam, the motorcycle numbered 1-03-001 P 1585 was hit by a tipper number 1 B 6462 which was going to Jhapa from the opposite direction. After the incident, the tipper driver, Khagendra Thami of Maijogmai Rural Municipality-2, Ilam, has been detained and investigation has been started, according to the District Police Office, Ilam.
